solidworks slot mate Hi Just added a slot mate letting the slot be free It centred the hole in the middle of the slot and the part has become fully fixed   I believe the slot mate only works for flat surfaces I would do a path mate along a 3-d line that connects the foci of the slot   LTT - Wan Show Chess Problem - Solidworks curved slot in cylinder SOLIDWORKS
